Turin’s water and light pictures
There are three main rivers in Turin, and I love walking and take photos along the main one, the river Po.
Fortunately the bank are not so far from my house and that is a good excuse to cross the historical center In this portfolio there is a main core related to the river banks photos and others miscellaneous images of Turin during 2009 flooding.
The photos are really overexposed; do not tell me about, it was due to a terrible film development done by some unprofessional company.
It seams that nowadays, due to the digital photography revolution, really few shops are still able to develop and print correctly a film. Anyway, it was also my last work using film with my old and glorious Canon EOS 300.
It is time for my new Canon 450D, raw images, and long session in digital darkroom.
- the photos have been realized starting from original prints using a scanner HP, wait to load completely the page before click on the pictures, be aware that it can take several seconds -
